The MEP Consultancy Co was founded by Ben Martin and Sean Le Gassick with a clear vision: to create a professional, dynamic consultancy that combines technical expertise with a personal and collaborative approach.
With more than 25 years’ experience across the building services industry, our team brings knowledge gained from working across leading consultancies, contractors and a diverse range of projects. We combine this experience with modern technology and agile ways of working to provide clients with practical, technically robust solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
Our clients cover a broad range of sectors across both the public and private sectors; alongside building services design, we provide specialist consultancy advice on estate management programmes, from condition surveys and strategic planning through to the design and management of large, multi-site programmes of works and framework management.
We work closely with clients to understand the challenges of working within operational buildings. Our experience includes establishing safe and effective working arrangements, considering health and safety and safeguarding requirements, and developing design solutions that minimise disruption and support efficient project delivery.
From ongoing maintenance programmes and small-scale works through to major refurbishment and new-build developments, we bring a breadth of knowledge to every job, tailoring our approach to the needs of each client and building.
