Who We Are

The MEP Consultancy Co was founded by Andrew Stevenson with a vision of creating a new professional and dynamic consultancy that provides a personal consultancy experience; yet still utilises the latest technologies and smart ways of working.

Having worked in the industry for over 25 years as a building services design engineer for world renowned consultancies and contractors, Andrew’s aim is to take the best parts of this experience and to mix it with an agile personable consultancy. This approach will provide clients with a more collaborative experience; focusing on the client’s needs and expectations, whilst providing technical guidance and services.

Our client base is wide, across a number of sectors. Not only providing design services, but also consultancy advice to public and private clients in regard to estate management programmes, from condition surveys to designing and managing large programmes of works across multiple sites, including framework management services.

We have worked closely with clients to establish safe means of working in operational buildings, in regard to health and safety, safeguarding and establishing design techniques to minimise disruption and reduce programme times. Our experience ranges from small maintenance projects to large refurbishment and new build projects and our aspiration is to bring this experience and knowledge together, tailored to meet specific client requirements.
