Design
Our expertise in building services design covers maintenance, refurbishment and new build projects. We work closely and collaboratively with clients and other design team parties to provide co-ordinated designs that meet client expectations.
Planning and surveys
We also provide services to support planning applications and funding bids, from RIBA stage reports to condition reports. We also have extensive experience of undertaking asset and condition surveys across large client estates; utilising modern software and equipment to provide a number of outputs, that can be tailored to meet your needs.
Management
We offer a diverse range of services from project inception through to completion. We can also provide project management services, ranging from individual project management through to framework management services for clients with a range of assets.
Support
Our in-house Chartered Engineers can also provide technical advisory roles and undertake quality reviews of technical proposals or on-site reviews and reports of projects already on site.
