OVERVIEW

BRIEF
To deliver a complete commercial office refurbishment, creating a modern and functional workplace environment while upgrading the building’s existing mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The MEP design incorporated the coordination of a range of building services, including heating, cooling, ventilation, power distribution, lighting, data and associated electrical systems. The design needed to respond to the requirements of a contemporary office environment while integrating effectively with the existing building fabric and architectural proposals.
CHALLENGE
